 Report

The sector, which just over a decade ago saw the dawn of fintechs, also, in a short space of time, has witnessed the opening of APIs and Open Finance. Currently, the micro-revolution of the moment is the so-called ESG investments, based on good socio-environmental practices. And we are probably nowhere near the peak heights of these movements, as businesses adapt to the more socially conscious and aware world we find ourselves in.

But why is all this so relevant? Because of the impact on the customer -  it has totally changed consumer behavior.

With each advance in technology and regulations, the market has become more complex, as if a new piece is added to a business puzzle.

There are game-changing elements, which have beckoned with increasing digitization (and sometimes dematerialization) of financial services — as well as an almost symbiotic approximation between different industries. All of which gives rise to new unpublished business models.

And it is not about to stop any time soon, because, as you may already know, Digital Transformation is not a finish line. It's a path.

Testimonials

“It was the first project that we completed 100% remotely, so being able to do it in good time and with the same quality was a challenge for everyone. But MJV was very instructive during the project and completed the purpose very well. They have a very multidisciplinary team and a lot of empathy for people.”

Vera Marçalo, Deputy Director at Novo Banco

“I thank about how everyone from the MJV team really became our partners, right up to discussing exactly which requests make sense and which don’t.”

Antonio Franco, Departamental Manager for Agile and Transformation at Next

“We had a big challenge in updating the way customers contract the insurance service and making it 100% digital. Understanding the needs of customers, partners and the various stakeholders involved was essential. MJV was excellent in making this innovation possible, providing solutions in Service Design, Analytics, and Complete Solution Development.”

Rogerio Souza, Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Auto Compara, an Insurtech under Santander
